Adam Michael Roberts

At first the law firm and Adam seemed to be good and on my side. They were on top of all the proper filings and contacting the opposing party. But as the case went on he didn't seem to be as concerned with it thinking that it was going to be easy. I had informed him at the beginning that the Judge,... Glenn Davis, seemed to be very bothered with my case and when he spoke in the court room during the emergency hearing he was speaking with anger as if it was personal to him. I don't think that he took my warning serious. I was not included with piecing together any of the evidence that was going to be used in the court room, also if Mr. Roberts met with the opposing party before the trial then Mr. Roberts decided to ignore or not counter act the arguments the opposing party was going to present in court. I was not informed on what was said in this meeting if it occurred, I felt very much left in the dark with what was going to be said in the courtroom and why. During the the trial none of what our side said had anything to do with what the opposing party was arguing on why my daughter should stay with her father. Also he didn't touch on most of the points that you are supposed to touch on why the relocation is in the best interest of the child. Unfortunately because he was ill prepared for trial I lost my daughter in the end for which I had raised and cared for, for the past 12 years and her father only had visitation partially because I worked with him. I also believe that judge Davis was pro-fathers rights and because of that his decision was biased and was going to side with the opposing party. But Mr. Roberts was not prepared and in the end of the trial I think this occurred to him and tried his best to make up for his unpreparedness. The Cantor law group that employs Mr. Roberts boasts of being aggressive, but Mr. Roberts fell short of their promises. I was very disappointed with his performance in the court room and with them as a law firm.
