I consulted and hired Vanessa Heim in regards to doing my will. She clearly informed me of the process and went over the outline of important details. She gave me an outline of the information I would need to complete the process. She was there for any questions and concerns, had responded quickly to... any messages. I sent her the information, which she compiled for the signing. I went into the office for the signing. Everything was well organized. My paperwork was ready in a nice binder. During the process she went over each section in case there were further questions. The whole process was easy and fast.
