Tyler Abrahams

Tyler has practiced his entire legal career at Broening Oberg Woods & Wilson, beginning as an Associate in 2006, and rising to a Partner in 2012. Throughout his career, he has enjoyed defending the full spectrum of insurance liability matters from initial evaluation to successful trial outcome. His current litigation focus is bad faith, professional liability, commercial liability, and coverage analysis.

Tyler’s strengths as a strategic thinker and a persuasive writer and speaker are evident throughout his work. He has achieved excellent outcomes for his clients in every area of litigation, from securing defense verdicts for national insurers sued for bad faith or products liability, to winning the dismissal of enterprises involved in commercial disputes, to defeating professional liability claims on summary judgment.

Tyler is an Arizona native. He graduated from Georgetown University in 2000, cum laude, with a Bachelor’s Degree in English (Writing) and Government. He returned to Arizona for law school at the University of Arizona, where he also graduated cum laude.

Tyler is honored to have served as Chairman of the Board for A New Leaf, which provides a support services to families and individuals in need. Tyler is also passionate about cooking, film, the Phoenix Suns and University of Arizona basketball.
