Ryan Baumgartner is an experienced and focused trial attorney who dedicated his legal career to family law. Ryan was born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota. He graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies with an emphasis in Economics and his Juris Doctorate from Drake University School of Law in Des Moines, Iowa.

Before moving to Arizona, Ryan practiced family law in Iowa for nearly a dozen years. He represented individuals with cases involving complex property divisions, business valuations, high-conflict custody issues, paternity disputes, appeals, and interstate child custody (UCCJEA) and child support (UIFSA) cases. While in Iowa, Ryan was a member of the Polk County Bar Association, Family Law Committee; Iowa Bar Association, Family & Juvenile Law Section; American Bar Association, Family Law Section; and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
