Excellent Representation

Ms. Lasiter represented me in my divorce and child relocation case. She was prepared, focused, and aggressive while always being compassionate to my situation. Because of her hard work, my two children still live with me in Mesa. While I was mainly concerned with the relocation and custody issue, Ms. Lasiter made sure that the property, credit cards and child support were also handled well. For that, I cannot praise Ms. Lasiter enough.

Professional and Experienced

Nicole is phenomenal! I hired Nicole and her team to help me handle a divorce/custody issue and she was instrumental in helping me finalize my divorce with an uncooperative spouse. Her professionalism, experience, and empathy really showed through when we went to trial and throughout the process leading up to it. Nicole never lead me to have unrealistic expectations of my case and kept my case extremely organized while keeping open communication with me which really kept me level headed going into trial. I definitely attribute having Nicole and her team on my side to my cases success and would recommend her to anyone going through a divorce or similar situation.

Agressive and Transparent

Retaining Nicole and her team was the best decision I've ever made as a parent. High conflict divorce/child custody is a grueling process and you need someone aggressive and responsive to your case. After 15 difficult months I was finally awarded primary care-giver to my neglected 6 year old. I could not have done this without Nicole Lasiter. It was a difficult relocation case and she made our case strong and just. I will always be grateful to her.

Excellent Lawyer for Divorces with Medical Business

I hired Nicole after finding a recommendation for her on a "divorcing a doctor" support group site. She was amazingly knowledgeable about the process of valuing my Husband's medical practice and the commercial building. She gave me great upfront advice and delivered on my expectations. She was tenacious in determining my Husband;s actual income for support purposes. I highly recommend Nicole if your divorce involves a business.

Great Lawyer Experience

I was absolutely pleased with the professional, thorough and personalized service that Nicole and her staff provided throughout my entire divorce process. She was always readily available and responsive to my questions, and provided focused and sound advice. Complex Child Custody Case

We hired Nicole Lasiter to handle our son's complex child custody case. This case involved two cases with two separate judges and two opposing lawyers. Nicole expertly guided us through the tangled process. We were impressed with her expertise. Nicole is upfront and honest regarding the time and costs. Her knowledge of family law was extensive. Really Knows Same Sex Law!

I retained Nicole to handle both my same sex custody case and to handle dividing the house I bought with my partner (we were never married). Nicole was extremely knowledgeable about same sex law and civil law dividing the house. She was great in court and very easy to work with. Her staff is also wonderful.

2018 Divorce

Referred by a friend who Hired Nicole Lasiter in early 2000’s. Grateful for a Experienced Attorney who was looking out for my Best Interest Long Term. It can be Scary when you’ve never had to be involved in a situation like Divorce. Nicole was very Kind and I was able to get in communication with her as needed through her Assitant Dina. As a client we also need to make sure we are on top of our information to provide to the Attorney’s As needed to help with our persoanl situation. My Budget was tight and we were able to settle in a ADR without going to trial. Highly Recommended

helped me resolve tough and prolonged divorce and custody

As a father and someone residing out of state, I do not believe I could have found a better lawyer to help me deal with a tough and prolonged divorce and custody matter which had to take place in the Phoenix, AZ area court system. In the court room and outside it, Nicole was realistic, focused and adversarial when necessary. Nicole was aggressive when I made a decision on how to proceed and went all out on follow through. My girls now live with me as primary and I share joint custody with their mother. I truly believe it to be the best situation for our girls and Nicole helped such come to be.

Great representation

My case was extremely complicated, involving three kids, two dads, and three states. Nicole was always responsive to calls/emails and very effective in court. She limited costs when possible and was always honest and upfront with her advice and recommendations.

Awesome Divorce Lawyer

Nicole was my lawyer for my divorce last year. She made sure that my ex wife did not get too much spousal maintenance. My wife wanted a lot of money every month forever. Nicole made sure that she only got a minimal amount and for only 2 years. Nicole is very up front and easy to talk to about personal issues. She did not make me any promises that she could not keep. I am very happy with my experience with Nicole as my lawyer. I have recommended her to several friends who are happy too.

Very Good Divorce Lawyer

Nicole handled my divorce in 2015 and all went very well. English is my second language and she worked hard to make sure I understand everything. She made sure I had translator for court. She worked very hard to settle my case and did settle it with very good results. Nicole and her staff also made sure to keep my costs as low as possible. I appreciate Nicole and would tell others to use her as a lawyer for anything.

Great Divorce Lawyer

I had a very complex divorce case because I own my own business. Nicole did a great job protecting my business assets and making sure that I did not have to pay unfair amounts of alimony. She also told me exactly what to expect and what my chances were on each issue. I would recommend Nicole as an attorney for anyone going thru a difficult divorce.

great attorney!

Nicole is fantastic. She fully understands and knows the law. The only time she needed to look something up, was because it was from an out of state case. I have used multiple lawyers in the past, and she ranks above the rest. Nicole handled the "other side's" difficult attorney with professionalism no matter how difficult and irrational they could be. (and trust me, they were!) She is kind, has a no-nonsense approach to the situation, and strives to make her client feel safe and comfortable regardless the situation. Nicole helped me get much more than I was even originally asking for in my custody case. She flawlessly protected me when writing agreements with my ex. EXCELLENT LAWYER

Nicole did an amazing job on my divorce case. I was worried about my business, alimony and not getting to see my kids. Nicole got me 50-50 of my kids and I am not required to pay the alimony that my ex wanted. I would recommend Nicole to anyone with legal problems.
