DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT ALLOW THIS MAN TO REPRESENT YOU. Impossible to get ahold of not to mention all he tries to do is shove a “good” plea down your throat and if you say no he literally will get mad and start yelling at you throwing accusations that it’s your fault this and that. YOUR THE CLIE...NT NOT THE ATTORNEY. This is his job ,which he does thee absolute bare minimum. He doesn’t give a crap it’s not his life on the line. Absolutely will not fight for you. Obviously I’m sure if you retained him and he was being paid privately rather than through the state maybe he would care a little bit but seriously doubtful.

Michael is well educated in the judicial system, he’s an amazing lawyer and worth every penny!! I was looking at ALOT of time, that I walked away with a few years of probation. He guided me through every process and was always there to answer my every question. I’d recommend him to anybody in need of... a lawyer!

Looks like if you have a DUI or $ he'll do his job..NO MONEY you'll do the time w the comment "take it, it's a good plea" We gave him straight out hand written evidence and he called it "chicken scratch" n said "what do you want me to do w it"..Really? Gave a plea to his client that got pulled due to... checking the box that stated "I do not have more than 2 felonies"..I had 7..he didn't even take ownership in front of the judge but blamed my young age n said "she didn't understand" your the attorney to advise and help them understand..no interviews to a counteractive statement in police report..I was looking at 5mo in DOC w 1st plea, got 4.5yr w redone 2nd plea ..probably time served n an apology if interviews had been done and pleas read correctly..guess we should of waved $$$$$ at him to get him to do his job..oops an oxymoron ...his job weather paid or not is to defend you to the fullest..don't take public cases if your not willing to do YOUR JOB.. brush up and reread the oath you swore by..represent your client fully! No $..ask to change counsel for someone who will do their job!

Michael souccar was an amazing attorney and was able to get my criminal case dismissed!!!WORTH EVERY DOLLAR!!After my experience with him, I will never rely on a public defender again!!! Through out the process Michael was informative, responsive, & understanding; which was extremely helpful with kee...ping me calm, cool, and collected.

Alright seriously listen up anyone who needs a completely awesome lawyer Michael is the guy I just got my DUI case in Arizona yes Arizona Dismissed second offense within 71/2 years!!!!! He is a hard worker actually follows up and digs deep to help find the best possible solution in your case if I eve...r needed a Lawyer again I would not even think and get him. He is very reasonable and not as much as most Lawyers and I wanted to seriously give him more its just he is a hard worker very trustworthy and easy to talk to appreciate him very much as what he stands for and his job takes a lot of dedication KUDOS cause of how good he did with my case...He isvery reasonablewe all know what its like to be in a tough spot and don't have a lot of money that's exactly where I was and he was really beyond words how he helped me and my life out in an Unfortunate situation!! I am very grateful that I picked him to represent me he is very experienced and knows what he is doing best Lawyer I have ever came across seriously and I know a few and have paid a few in the years past he is by a long shot the best!! very humble nice and gets things done and did not ever even have to go to a court date!!
