K Bellamy Brown

K. Bellamy Brown is a shareholder with The Cavanagh Law Firm in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Brown has wide experience representing clients in a variety of transactional and healthcare law matters. He has represented the Kuwait Investment Office, Westcor Development, Macerich, General Growth Properties, Kimco, Inc., Farallon Partners, and Russ Brown Realtors in complex real estate transactions and leasing matters. He also has substantial experience in software licensing and transfer agreements, the purchase and sale of businesses, and healthcare law matters, including HIPAA compliance, as well as the creation and organization of PSOs. He has represented major real estate developers in significant matters before the Arizona Supreme Court and is licensed to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Brown has also served as a lecturer for various professional groups including the National Business Institute. Mr. Brown received his J.D. from Columbia University, where he served on the Board of Editors of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law, and his B.A. with high honors with distinction from Brigham Young University.
