My experience includes representing commercial and governmental entities in class action matters addressing a wide array of allegations and legal theories, including RICO, consumer protection/consumer fraud, securities fraud, implied and express warranties, and any number of tort theories. I regularly represents businesses in complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts around the country and arbitration in different forums.
I'm also assigned as a judge pro tempore for Maricopa County Superior Court. I assist the court with settlement conferences, discovery disputes, short trials, etc., in this capacity.
