Elisabeth Hoebel Ori

Originally from Chicago, I have called Phoenix home for the past decade and have grown to truly appreciate the desert and its community. For nearly 30 years, I have helped individuals and families navigate some of life’s most important, and often most challenging, legal decisions.

My practice is focused primarily on family law, representing clients in matters involving divorce, legal decision-making and parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, and post-decree issues. I approach each case with a combination of strategic advocacy and practical problem-solving, recognizing both the legal and emotional complexities involved. An added benefit is that I bring substantial experience in estate planning, wealth transfer, asset protection, and estate administration, allowing me to provide clients with thoughtful guidance on matters that often intersect with family law. 

Over the course of my career, I have practiced in family law, real estate, and both civil and business litigation. I have held a variety of leadership and advisory roles, from managing a regional legal team in Chicago to serving as Chief Legal Officer for a medical technology company. These experiences provide me with a broad and practical perspective, particularly when handling cases involving complex assets or business interests.

What has remained constant throughout my legal career is my belief that the practice of law is, at its core, about people, understanding their goals, easing their anxiety, and crafting solutions that help them move forward with clarity, stability, and peace of mind.
