David Andrew Timchak

David A. Timchak focuses his practice on appellate and complex litigation. He has substantial experience in all aspects of appellate practice having handled or been involved in numerous appeals and special actions relating to constitutional claims, statutory and administrative law interpretation, tort claims, contract disputes, and real property disputes.

Mr. Timchak is committed to charity and pro bono work. He serves on the American Bar Association Council of Appellate Lawyers Pro-Bono Committee, is a cooperating attorney with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, and is an active member of the Arizona Court of Appeals Pro Bono Representation Program and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Pro Bono Representation Program.
