David Roscoe

Dave Roscoe is a criminal defense attorney with nearly two decades of experience representing individuals facing the full spectrum of criminal charges, from misdemeanors to the most serious felony cases carrying potential life sentences. His practice spans vehicular and DUI offenses, violent crimes, drug cases, computer and technology-related offenses, sex crimes, theft and white-collar matters, professional licensing defense, and post-conviction and appellate litigation.

Dave has extensive courtroom experience and has practiced in every criminal court in Maricopa County. He regularly litigates cases at all stages, including complex pretrial motion practice, jury trials, and appeals. His work also includes representing clients in administrative proceedings before the Arizona Department of Transportation’s Executive Hearing Office, where he defends clients against driver’s license suspensions and revocations.
