Christina did a terrible job if I knew what I know now of how she works I would never had hired her. And by the way she is paid $500/ hours for her incompetent work. I hired her to mediate and renegotiate my parenting time and child support and because of her mistakes the whole process cost me more... than $24K for a renegotiation of parenting plan. We met and had a plan however every single time I would talk to her it seemed like I had to remind her what our plan was. She made many mistakes during the process: She made mistakes on the settlement letters multiple times. I am speaking of major issues such as the parenting schedule was completely wrong and she blamed her paralegal for it; or she would prepare settlement letters and use an old version! It was so stressful I had to check her work constantly! This happened multiple times ! Most importantly she SETTLED without my knowledge. This is ILLEGAL ! . I paid her to represent me , to give me advice, to help me understand the law but I did not hire her to make DECISIONS ABOUT MY LIFE ! She knew very well that any communication with the other party had to be discussed with me and I would make the final decisions on the matters at hand. However Christina lied and settled without me, and asked me to sign the settlement paper. I was very upset with her and asked her why she settled without my knowledge and she lied and this is all documented via email. She first told me the reason she settled was because she did not hear back from me! I had told her I was thinking about the issues and other parties offers we are talking two days of me not writing back to her. Btw I has specifically told her multiple times that all communication need to be discussed with me . Then when in spoke to her on the phone she told me that her paralegal made a mistake again! I spoke with her paralegal on the phone and she denied any wrong doings! She lies! What was it: not hearing from me or the paralegal made a mistake? All this caused the other party to get upset and threaten to go to court, blaming me! I had to ask her multiple times to write the other party a letter and apologize for her mistake. It took multiple emails and a lot of time and money and stress to resolve this. It could have been so much smoother and faster if Christina would have done her job as she should especially since she asks for so much money for her inadequate work! I would never hire her! 2.

First of all she’s about 80 years older than the above photo. In my opinion she may be suffering from dementia,she hired my ex, claims to have forgotten that I consulted her but after I reported her “remembered” and removed herself from the case…. Additionally she defended and sat in court for a man... who is a known child abuser and is domestically violent, alcoholic be cause he has money. That should be enough to not want to hire someone of her caliber. KNOWING he was a domestically violent man she actually came to court and supported him, after she removed herself from the case. This woman has no morals, values, or ethics. Her retainer is ridiculous and not worth it. Her and Keith Berkshire are absolutely horrific lawyers and humans. It’s easy to paint a woman as a gold digger but when a middle eastern man gets up under oath and lies and she’s supporting him. I lost all respect for this woman.

Chris is one of the smartest attorneys I know. She is strong and aggressive, but also very nice. She is willing to mediate, yet ready to litigate. She explains things very well. Still there were some things I didn't understand, but I knew I was in good hands. Her knowledge of case law and how it... effected my case was impeccable. She is extremely responsive, often times returning emails within minutes! I highly recommend her.

Christina helped me when I went through my divorce after being married for almost 30 years. She is the best at what she does. She digs deep. She found things that I never even knew I had. Her staff was great to work with, they knew what was going on with my divorce at all times if I had a question o...r a problem. When I first went to see Chris she was up front with me, she told me what to expect and how she was going to handle it. I was a housewife and mother. And had been kept in the dark most of my marriage. But Chris went to work and found what was rightfully mine. I can never thank her enough for her hard work and the dedication she gave to me. She is not cheap by an means but when the ex had to pay her attorney fees it was that much better.
