One of the Best Tax lawyers

I engaged Brandon 4 years back to represent my wife in a wrongfully applied heavy penalty by IRS on the inheritance property. From the outset, he demonstrated a deep understanding of tax law and an impressive ability to break down complicated issues into clear, manageable steps. His guidance was pr...ecise, practical, and always aligned with our best interests. Brandon handled our case with professional skills and integrity. The outcome achieved was better than we anticipated, and we truly felt supported throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Brandon Keim to anyone seeking reliable, competent, and compassionate legal representation. His dedication and expertise make a stressful situation far more manageable, and we are grateful for the exceptional service he provided.

President

We had an issue with AZ DOR not interpreting their own code correctly. We and our CPA had multiple discussions with the DOR representative over several months and could not get through to them. We Contacted Attorney Keim and the problem was resolved within a month. He was very concise on what we n...eeded to do, and very consciences on spending as little time as necessary to get the final result in a 10th of the time that we had already spent. He explained they were very backed up and we should not expect a quick response. Which we understood as it often took different DOR representative's weeks or over a month to respond to our previous communications. We were very happy with the result.

Effective communicators, excellent results.

Great experience working with Brandon and Riley. They drafted a professional letter which was sent to the IRS to clear up an issue with the allocation of funds I paid on a previous tax year. The result was a success and I would not hesitate to recommend this firm if you need help resolving a tax re...lated issue.

Tax Consultation on Sale of Property

My wife and I needed to consult with a tax attorney to address the tax implications of sale of a second home. Brandon Keim responded calmly and effectively to all our questions, including his analysis of comparative strategies in using charitable contributions and DAFs to reduce tax liability. The c...onversation we had was very helpful.
