My 26 year old son was in Phoenix attending a drug rehabilitation program. After he was transferred to a sober living center , he was out one evening on a friend’s scooter when he dropped his phone. It was dark and a couple was at the intersection traffic light. My son thought he would have them call... his phone to find it. Upon approach the male stepped behind my son on the scooter and stabbed him three times .
