Ayensa Irais Millan

Ms. Ayensa Millan has years of experience handling criminal and immigration matters. Her past work with various firms and non profits strengthened her belief that there is a need for compassionate and effective legal representation. This understanding compelled her to form CIMA Law Group, PC.

As an immigrant herself, Ayensa relates to the needs and struggles of her clients. She has worked tirelessly in her community and devoted her life to improving the lives of those she represents. Her commitment and dedication stem from her own personal experiences; knowing first hand the struggles and needs of the immigrant community.

Ayensa volunteers her time, expertise, and resources with various community organizations; including the handling of low-bono and pro-bono cases. This type of advocacy has established her as a trusted and respected attorney among her colleagues.

Ayensa is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and currently serves as the Chair of the Immigration Section of the Arizona State Bar. She is also the host of “Al Dia con Ayensa Millan” on local channel 44, where she offers advice on various legal matters. In 2014, she was one of the recipients of the “40 Hispanic Leaders Under 40” award for her work and commitment to the community.
