Biography
I am the Immigrants' lawyer because I also immigrated some years ago. I went through the immigration process before going to Law School and becoming a lawyer. I was a law clerk for the Presiding Judge in the 54th District in Lansing Michigan. I also worked as an immigration paralegal before becoming licensed as a lawyer. I have been practicing immigration law and Criminal defense now for more than 10 years. I have passion for this work and treat it as a personal calling.
I represent people in Criminal matters but especially so for immigrants because criminal offenses do have immigration consequences far above and beyond the punishment in the Criminal justice system. So I defend these immigrants early in time to preserve their reliefs at the Immigration Court level when Removal Proceedings become the time the immigrant has become a United States Citizen, I help them own homes and businesses to solidify their American dream.
