Best lawyer

He did a wonderful job on my case he went above and beyond went as far as hiring a private investigator for my case even though he didn’t have to when I already had a plea agreement signed and accepted and went out of his way to to bring to light the new found evidence which got my charges dismissed.... I would highly recommend he is an outstanding Attorney.

Great Asset

I really appreciate Jay Brown for taking the time and handling this matter promptly. He is very dedicated to his work and not many Public Defendants take the time to take calls and speak to people. Jay Brown is a great asset to community and I wish him the best. Thank you.

Fast and Diligent

Mr. Brown was not only fast and diligent, he was very understanding and helpful. He explained everything to detail so I could understand everything that was going on. He's is good at what he does, and he was very sympathetic to my story and did an AMAZING job at getting my plea deal to the best-cas...e scenario. I have dealt with the court system before and I honestly had no hope in getting a good Public defender, Mr. Brown not only gave me hope he showed me that i can believe and trust in the public defenders office. He did an outstanding job and was very knowledgeable and just a genuine person, I had to show and prove to him who I was as well and he in return "he came to Bat for me" so too say and did just that. I can’t thank him enough for what he did for me and I’m very grateful ill will be able to continue with my life and keep my studies ongoing because of the great job he did. Thank you Mr. Brown, I hope the public defenders office appreciates he as much as I do, I am in your debt sir!!! Thanks again and have a blessed day.

Public Pretender - Arizona Courts have them ALL

My PD, drug out two misdemeanor cases over one year resulting in TRIALS. Then, after reflecting on the devastating results this had and will always have on my life I realized the judges changed several times, I tried to fire him FOR CONFLICT OF INTEREST but that didn't work out because of the Judge ...CHANGES. Then, he didn't show up for my sentencing after the Judge took EIGHT WEEKS TO DECIDE.

I’m sorry this anonymous person did not like our interaction on their multiple cases, but sometime when people have more than one case going to trial, there are legal reason the process is not quick as people like. Now, people are always able to fire a lawyer and even represent themselves. Finally, professional obligations do not allow me to respond as I would wish, however, if this anonymous person gives me permission by waiving their attorney-client privilege, I could explain what happened and why.

Honest & Tireless Defender.
