I am a first time entrepeneur and Ms. Murphy-Porth was highly recommended by my professional association. She was precise in her area of expertise. Knowing I was starting a new venture, she and I had a "face time" meeting which resulted in a custom contract template that I will have used already on s...everal occasions. She offered several cost efficient plans which would appeal to any business owner. She also encouraged me to write a vision/mission value statement which helped me focus on the purpose for my new business. I have e-mailed her with questions and she has been expedient and professional. As my business grows, or if my personal life ever needs legal advice, Ms. Murphy-Porth will be my first choice.
