Biography
Before law school, I worked in a "blue collar" job environment, driving commercial lumber trucks or working on construction sites. Since I began practicing law in 2012, workers' compensation was a natural fit for me because of that background. I've tried numerous cases in front of the Utah Labor Commission, settled millions of dollars' worth of workers' compensation cases over the years, and generally have a no-nonsense approach to evaluating the strength of my clients' cases, or the weaknesses in the defense.
