Eliminating the "unknown" and replacing it with a clear and decisive action plan is perhaps the most powerful and important tool I've seen implemented over my 17 years in the legal profession. Thereafter, the key to success is having the courage needed to be flexible and adaptable enough to make real-time changes and game-time decisions as facts and circumstances change.
