Stan Beutler is fantastic!! Extremely knowledgeable and answers phone/ emails very quickly! He did my two QDROS needed in less than 3 business days! He requires very detailed information from your Separation Agreement or Settlement Agreement, current statements from the plan(s) and personal informati...on to execute the QDRO(s). Once he has all the accurate and necessary information, he will draft the QDRO specifically to the plan that needs the wording just so. Each plan has their own wording they need to accept the QDRO and he's up on all the Contribution Plan Companies (ie: Fidelity, Mission Square etc.). He sends very detailed instructions when he emails you the completed QDRO(s) on what you specifically need to do step by step. There isn't extra fees or charges for emails or questions. The process is smooth and I'm very glad that I had Stan Beutler do my QDROs.

I spent a lot of time researching QDRO attorneys. I wanted to find someone who had a LOT of experience and was still someone that I could afford.
