He proved himself a total ignorant and dumb person in the court room while representing me, He did not bother to have detailed meeting about the case with me, but just kept telling me, "I will take care of it". He was not prepared at all, He looked totally overwhelmed by the Prosecution, He was cowa...rd enough to do any cross questioning. If you want to waste your money, ruin your Carrier or life then go see him. Total wasted.

First of all I'd like to say that always driving through Utah to be careful &there are always hidden speed traps and unmarked police everywhere & I've known this for the past 30 years driving to and from Colorado to California, either way always watch your speed that will open lots of doors that you ...wished never occurred, so either way when you're looking for a straight-up honest man probably the best attorney in Cedar City definitely the best attorney I've ever had and come across is Jeff Slack & he is very honest & up front & told me exactly like it is. He never promised anything he couldn't keep & that is something I always stand by in my business, which is to promise less & always try to deliver more! Jeff did exactly that & I was very nervous trying to find someone to help me & finding the right person is always something you'd frustrate yourself the most with & in the end you don't know what to expect, or who your going to get??? But let me tell you when l hired Jeff, which I did to be my attorney after a complimentary conference call where he gave me a lot of information in time. Most people or attorneys weren't even there to answer their phones yet alone help me I felt stranded and Jeff was the only one that would help me because he is one of the kind of skies you'll ever get to know and feel that comfort and security that you need when picking the right attorney to represent you and your family... Jeff Slack Law represents you to the fullest & you will not be let down! He responded and answered his cell phone even on a weekend. I think it was Saturday & I needed to speak with him after I was pulled over speeding & he told me that he would do the best he could and I gave him all the evidence and information and details that I could & after he is review which was very thorough and in-depth he charged me a flat fee which was beyond fair and he never ever once came back and asked me for more money! Which I very rarely ever see which is very honest and honorable for someone that I never have not yet even met in person, but either way I would definitely recommend him highly and anyone else that needs help just to call him directly first! He answers most all the time unless he's in court, which even then every single time I left him a message or texted him he always got right back to me within a few hours if not right away and always the same day! I've read some of these other reviews that some people have left here on this page and I cannot understand or believe they are true & first of all they look fake and the reviews were left years ago over four years ago so take this review and believe me when I tell you the truth that shop is a strong attorney and the go to guy for you and there is no way that Jeff slack and his Law Firm whatever lead anybody in the wrong direction!!! Jeff was beyond very successful for me & I followed his lead and followed through with doing everything he & the judge and court had requested & my case he went above and beyond unlike most people who want more money. He became such a part of my case that he felt like good friend them someone to feel nervous about & I really liked working with Jeff and his assistant. Whenever I had any questions they always were there to answer them for me,either way you should definitely look him up first or at least give him a call to see how he could help you&the best thing that I liked about Jeff slack was his honesty and clear speaking about exactly what the laws were in Utah when I didn't live there and had no idea what to expect & he handled everything for me went to court &I never had to even come back to the state which was awesome I don't know anybody else that could have done this for me as well as could have felt so secure yes I did read some of his bad feedback but no I was not discouraged whatsoever and he proved all that is nonsense so please forget what you read in the past comments & trust me give him a call and you won't be sorry!

Jeffrey Slack represented me on a marijuana charge and to my dismay, he did absolutely nothing to assist me in my case, let alone help me to DEFEND my case. He will not communicate with his clients in person, email or text message. He tells his clients to be in court 15 minutes early in case there is... a need to confer with them but, he never appears in court until your case is called. In six appearances, the total amount of conversation did not total even ten minutes. In addition, his secretary completely blocks any attempts to communicate with him and is extremely rude to his clients. When being reminded of a court date, I received the reminder by mail a day after my appearance date on one occasion and given the incorrect appearance date on another. I have spoken with several of his previous clients, all of whom state the same or worse. If you want an attorney, steer clear of Jeffrey Slack. He is very SLACK in his work. According to the records, he has been reprimanded on at least one prior occasion.

Unfortunately I was pulled over in Cedar City, Utah and had to find an Attorney real fast. My first mistake, I was living in Colorado and Colorado, legalized marijuana and Utah has a lawsuit against Colorado, since residents would buy marijuana and bring it back to Utah. My second mistake was hiring ...Mr. Slack as my attorney. Everything you need in a good attorney....he did not have....didn't return phone calls, mislead me, rather text than talk over the phone....on and on and on. If I can save one person from wasting his/her money then I'm glad I took the time to review this person.
