Born and raised in Cedar City, Utah, David is proud to serve the community where he grew up and the families throughout the State of Utah. David has always believed in giving back to the community that helped shape him. Outside the office, David enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his children’s sports teams, fishing, golfing, and watching football.
