Horrible

Sidney was horrible, his failure to communicate with me regarding my case was extensive, he failed to respond to things filed in court against me, even the opposing attorney stated how incompetent he was. Not to mention his assistant failed to check to make sure she wasn't adding me into her email to... him stating my case wasn't worth fighting for or in her words " the headache" this man did not even attempt to fight for me then dropped me after the first hearing.

Unnecessary custody

I sought advice from Sid because my baby daddy didn't want anything to do with his new baby and I wondered if I could get the baby adopted by my new fiance. Sid said this would be a good time to file papers and get the baby daddy to relinquish custody. It has totally backfired . I now get to spend ...a lifetime of visitation because my new attorney said the advice I received was incorrect. Courts do not allow fathers to relinquish custody without blatant harm to the child. Had I never attempted the legal paperwork, I and my fiance would not be spending a lifetime of visitation and custody problems with a drug addict ex boyfriend and his mother who is forcing her son to be involved in my son's life. So sad for my baby.
