Unnecessary custody

I sought advice from Sid because my baby daddy didn't want anything to do with his new baby and I wondered if I could get the baby adopted by my new fiance. Sid said this would be a good time to file papers and get the baby daddy to relinquish custody. It has totally backfired . I now get to spend ...a lifetime of visitation because my new attorney said the advice I received was incorrect. Courts do not allow fathers to relinquish custody without blatant harm to the child. Had I never attempted the legal paperwork, I and my fiance would not be spending a lifetime of visitation and custody problems with a drug addict ex boyfriend and his mother who is forcing her son to be involved in my son's life. So sad for my baby.

Sid is amazing at his Job! He is very understanding to your specific situation, he is a true advocate to have on your side especially if your divorce is contested. He is very experienced at what he does and has many relationships within the legal system because of his 24 years of practice.
