My wife and I are about to turn 60. We have a few rentals, house, and other assets. We wanted to see an estate attorney to set up our estate properly. We have 4 adult children and wanted everything to be in order. Attorney Lish did an excellent job setting up our estate. I suggested a few ideas a...nd he was very helpful and taught me the pros and cons of my ideas. I am really glad I picked an attorney who specializes in estates to set up my will, estate, living will, etc. I can't remember all the specific sections without getting out the paperwork. At the end he gave my wife and me all the paperwork in a white binder that we were able to put in our safe at home. I'm just a local Orem/Provo guy who needed things set up properly for my wife and kids. Glad it is all completed. If I remember right he also offers a free review each year since things can change. Maybe we will go back in after 3 or 4 years for a review. I was very happy with the experience and happy to know that we have our estate set up properly.
