John Joseph Easton

John Easton has represented me on many criminal cases over many years. Some cases were very complicated, and other cases were less complicated. I hired John Easton for my 2nd DUI offense and was very pleased with his work. I have a background of drug and alcohol related charges, therefore im not new to the court expierence. though John went the extra mile. I’ve never been in any trouble with the law in my life. I had no idea what to do or who to talk to about my DUI. I was referred to John Easton by a relative of mine. I called, left a message, and he called me back promptly to discuss my situation and set up a consultation. After speaking with him for... only an hour and weighing out all my options, I left his office feeling like there was hope for my case. He explained the next steps of exactly what was going to happen, how we would handle it, and how he would set up a strong defense for me. I did have a couple positive things going for my specific case. When we went in for my driver’s license hearing, they denied returning it to me. John didn’t give up. He appealed their decision, and yet they still denied it. So, at this point, I was feeling like I may not win or get my license back for some time. Despite my discouragement, John stayed very optimistic about my case and still wasn’t ready to give up. He explained I still had reason for hope in my upcoming hearing. The day came and we were able to postpone the hearing temporarily. In the meantime, John continued working hard to defend me. Because of his knowledge and experience with other cases and the law, he was able to negotiate with the prosecutor to have my charges DISMISSED!!! I couldn’t believe it!!! I was going to get my license back!! I can’t begin to describe how great it felt to feel like justice was served! I couldn’t be more grateful to him for all of his hard work on my behalf. Not only did I learn an expensive and hard lesson, he made every penny well worth it because of the consequences I would’ve faced. I hope he knows how far his hard work goes to help people’s lives in such difficult and humbling circumstances.
