I have NEVER been in trouble with the law I got rail roaded by Sheriffs. I had an Attorney I thought i had working for me but as the days got closer I hadnt her from him so he bailed on me!! I told one some of sons what had happened he jumped right on the phone to a friend that has been in lots of t...rouble. So he called him and asked who his layer was thats helped him out with lots of stuff. It was Dennis Pawelek. So then I started talking to him Sunday night he was talking to me as he was coming home from his Holiday vacation!!!! I had court the next day he told me to get a continuance that morning so we could go over ever thing. So i did. We talked and he started to jump right on it. He did amazing in court and helped me be less stressed out and at ease, also I was scared to death!! He was amazing I would definitely send or recommend any one who needed it to him for sure!!!!!

Dennis failed to fight for me in my case. Showed up late every court date, and basically rolled over for the PA. During consultations with him, advised me the evidence would land me a not guilty verdict, as it was self defense in my own home, than adviced me to talk a plea deal. Charged me $3000 for ...45 minutes of his time. The police never even took my statement. I would never ever hire him again as my defending attorney again.
