He is an awesome attorney, he really helped my elder family member out a great deaI when we was really nervous as he had not even had a parking ticket in over 30 yrs, and saved us a lot of money. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of the law and charges, and was honest about the options available... to us. He was able to help get the fine reduced in half and reduce the points. I thank him a lot for helping us get through this

William “Kyler” Jackson is an absolutely terrible attorney. Currently he is a public attorney. He is responsible for representing the most vulnerable people in our population at one of their most vulnerable moments, and he responds to them in a way that is hostile and dishonest. He flat out lied abou...t what the law was. He said, “I refuse to discuss any further,” aspects of my case. He only communicates via text message. He passes his case out to people (interns? I have no idea, but I spoke to multiple people, and no one ever identified themselves to me. And they didn’t communicate with each other - I was told (via text) to call his office, and when I did, he was completely confused and had no idea why I was calling.). He became angry when I didn’t immediately take the first plea deal offered. He has never won a single case. He is dishonorable and a bad attorney. Avoid him at any cost. I mentioned my concerns about his behavior, and instead of speaking with me, he tried to withdraw from my case - the judge didn’t let him. He also tried to withdraw the entire “Stevens and Gailey” firm. I don’t know what position he holds in that firm, but it is apparently enough to represent them entirely. Based on that, I would avoid that firm entirely. I was forced to take a plea deal because he was unwilling to make any effort on my behalf. I have been falsely convicted due to this “man.” It is criminal that he is allowed to practice law.
