Rand G. Lunceford

I'm writing this review in regards to Rand Lunceford.  Rand is really easy going and it's really been an all around joyful experience working with him.  Giving the circumstances of course.  He's easy to work with and he's always got the best interest to work around any situation and make the best out...come possible.  I would recommend him to anyone that has to tackle lawful matters and is in need of some assistance.  Rand and Liz have always been efficient with my case and handled everything in a professional manner.  Also, the communication was always up to par.  Never had an issue discussing certain points about my case and I am extremely grateful I was able to work with them. 

He did exactly what he said he would do he worked very hard for me would always make time for me and elisabeth is his sercretary she was always very helpful as well i am a father that one full sole and physical custody of my boy money comes and goes but rand won my everything hes amazing highly recom...mend

I went through a divorce. My Mother and I called several attorneys. Rand called back about 3 times that day to get my business. We were clear when we told him we wanted an attorney and they needed to be ruthless. He said over and over he could do the job. I hired him 2017. After the first... few visits, it all started going downhill. He took forever to get anything completed or written up to present to the attorney. We always received paperwork from the other side first. He would call me in the office for a 10 minute face to face, then take several days to respond back to me and the other attorney. Never formally writing anything. Always in an email. After months, I asked for more routine communication, he agreed to update me weekly. Needless to say, that never happened. Not even the week after saying that. We had to consistently ask for an update. Here is the biggest, My mother wrote up my response to their requests and sent it to Rand in an email. Rand forwarded her email to the attorney. He never changed it, nor asked permission. How do I know? Because my now ex, sent my mother the email. Rand does not fight for you! You have to stay on top of him to know what is going on. Never responds back first. Waits for the other side to do the work. I would not recommend his services to anyone.

I live out of state and found Mr. Lunsford on the internet and then as best I could, reviewed previous client comments, used my resources in the legal profession here in my state to contact their colleagues in Utah and I retained Mr. Lunsford. He is/was very responsive, ensured I was kept informed, ...and he had my trust. I valued his counsel, went through mediation, and at the end of the time, walked away feeling that he had represented me well. He is soft spoken. Articulate, dresses well and has great interpersonal skills. I did not have a chance to observe his "courtroom" presence but feel he can walk the walk and talk the talk. A good lawyer. He listens well, is patient, and not given to preconceived notions. I was lucky in having selected him, and once I was able to meet him in person, walked away assured that I would be well represented. He seems to hesitate when talking - not a bad skill/trait when one thinks of a lawyer. It throws his speech cadence off some but do not fret. He is considerate and cautious and wants to ensure you get the best possible advice and counsel.
