Should have his license removed.

Be aware unless if you want to spend $30k+ on a greedy law firm with a lawyer that is not organized, stutters, poorly communicates, no spine to fight for a case with proper evidence, and sits on his rear end the whole time during a court session (which is extremely disrespectful to a judge).

Custody

I'm writing this review in regards to Rand Lunceford. Rand is really easy going and it's really been an all around joyful experience working with him. Giving the circumstances of course. He's easy to work with and he's always got the best interest to work around any situation and make the best out...come possible. I would recommend him to anyone that has to tackle lawful matters and is in need of some assistance. Rand and Liz have always been efficient with my case and handled everything in a professional manner. Also, the communication was always up to par. Never had an issue discussing certain points about my case and I am extremely grateful I was able to work with them.

Great Attorney!

Rand was my attorney. He was great at communication and helped me understand everything as this was my first offense. Pricing was fair as well.

Fast and professional legal help

He answered all of my questions, explained my legal rights, explained how my case would proceed, and immediately made a game plan on how to deal with my stressful ...situation. Great advice and helpful

Rand made sure that he gave me honest answers and advice for my divorce. He made me feel at ease knowing that I had someone that had my back and to do the hard part so I could get through the stress of getting divorced.
