If I could give zero stars I would. I have been trying to get my family member into the USA since 1985, I was told Jonathan Bachison was great with helping individuals with immigration. Boy was I sorely mistaken for a fool. I paid the money upfront, he told me he could help me, and said per DHS’s res...ponse, he will have a second meeting with me for free per their response. Well we got their response, and after numerous texts messages that I have saved that I sent out to Jonathan no courtesy text back until my multiple attempts compelled him to finally respond with ‘who is this’? I’d like to also add, don’t bother calling, he won’t pick up, office phone number is the best way to have your message reach him. Also emailing him, was like trying to get rain in The Atacama Desert, useless and disappointing (it hasn’t rained there in some parts for over 400 years for reference). When Eveything is said and done, it’s not about him taking my money and giving me less effort than CHAT GPT has given me. It’s about his word, and to me in this line of business a man is only as good as his word, and his word meant nothing to him, and that second appointment in person that he promised, never happened. While I’m giving you my experience with him, I can’t forget about his receptionists, who made me realize going to the dentist isn’t all that scary, after the experience and treatment they gave me. They also left me this lovely voicemail. “Hey Sarah this is Liz with attorney Jonathan Bachison so I'm just calling you to let you know that he is not interested in taking your case also the only thing you could do is to re-file and that would put you from the beginning so that would be another 10 to 15 years so yeah have a good day and hope you guys find someone who can help you…” Which I have saved as a reminder that we live in a scummy world, but just because people like this exist, does not mean there are not good people out there. As a stranger you never met, I hope you take my story as a lesson I had to learn so you didn’t have to. There are much better candidates than this one.
