Very helpful

Chris has been nothing but amazing. Helping me thru a nasty divorce plus having to go back after my divorce and help get things more settled. Anytime I had questions or anything he was more than happy to get me what I needed. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Frustrating

I went through a lengthy and very expensive divorce and custody battle. I was represented by Mr. Ross. After losing in two hearings I finally settled in mediation. I spent my life’s savings in order to try and win custody of my child. After mediation I was promised that the divorce would be final in ...30 to 45 days. I waited and waited for something to confirm the divorce. Nothing. I tried to contact Mr. Ross several times to no avail. I just got the runaround from several different receptionists who seemed untrained and gave me different answers. Finally a friend of a friend who works with the courts looked up my docket and found that the PAPERWORK HAD NOT EVEN BEEN SUBMITTED. This should have been done the very next day. I became furious and called 7 different times to speak with Mr. Ross. I was given the runaround all over again. Finally, Mr. Ross had the nerve to act like this was all part of the plan and that it was somehow a nuisance to him to have to deal with my case. His FAILURE TO SUBMIT MY CASE TO THE COURTS prolonged my divorce by nearly four months. I paid my life’s savings in my darkest time and was clearly forgotten. I’m not impressed at all by this firm and would not recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Ross & his staff are the best of the best!

Christopher Ross was well-versed, knowlegable, helpful, & understanding. He guided my family through every step of the way & he made sure I understood everything that was happening. I felt advocated for & that my case was presented with thought & care even with a very short window of time. All this w...as no easy feat given I was over 2000 miles away & all but an hour was done remote. His staff was just as helpful & ready to assist in any way they could.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
