Tess A Davis

I hired Ms. Davis after reading a pre-divorce document she had written for a friend. I had been in and out of court for over 14 years with a highly conflictual ex. I had spent more than I would ever care to admit, and as a single mom, this was very taxing on my children and myself both financially ...and mentally. When I read her document, I was so impressed with her wording and sense of capability to possibly help me, I hired her. There is no exaggeration when I say, Ms. Davis helped me get somewhat of my life back. She was the only attorney who was able to keep my ex at bay. My ex was so angry about her capabilities, so he tried to get her restricted from being my attorney. Luckily, he failed. There were still struggles, but I finally had some control over my own life again. My life became more than court date after court date. I had some true power to protect my kids in the areas I could. I would only refer Ms. Davis to represent any woman (or man) who needed to get a clear and fine-tuned divorce or any other family court issue. She is straight forward yet compassionate. She is a bulldog, yet understands legal limitations. Truly, my life would not have been able to move forward in a somewhat normal fashion had it not been for her expert legal help.

Tess represented my Wife and I against my wife's ex-husband who owed thousands in back child support and other bills he refused to pay. Tess was very good to work with and was able to get results where others had failed. I would gladly refer Tess to Friends and Family. She saved us thousands through ...her honesty. Tess was direct and to the point. She was very realistic on what was good to pursue and what was a waste of time and money. A lesser Attorney would have been willing to drag out the case to earn more money. Tess was worth every penny we spent and I would trust her again to be fair with us should the need for an Attorney arise again.
