This made me choose a star. I would give no stars. Diane Balmain is completely unfit for her role and has demonstrated severe negligence, dishonesty, and a complete lack of ethics. She falsified official documents, manipulated case information, and split up a family without justification. Instead of ...protecting vulnerable children, she placed them with a parent who had a child protective order against them, knowingly putting them at risk. She further harmed an individual with severe PTSD, ignored clear evidence of abuse, and failed to report it—a direct violation of her duty. Diane lied to a grandmother, assuring her that no petition would be filed, only to file one the very next day, proving her complete lack of integrity. Her actions are reckless, dangerous, and completely incompetent. She has no business working with children or families and should have her license revoked immediately. If you or anyone you know has to deal with her, be cautious—she does not act in the best interest of those she is supposed to serve.
