He has successfully represented large agricultural operations, other lawyers, CPAs, doctors, dentists, corporate executives, board members, construction companies, and other business owners and individuals in their business and estate planning needs. He has worked with clients’ CPAs, insurance agents, and investment advisors to coordinate the legal planning with the clients’ other planning.

     Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Utah State University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Gonzaga University. He grew up in Cache Valley, and speaks Spanish.

     Andrew is licensed to practice law before the following Courts:

      • Supreme Court of Utah and all Courts thereunder.

      • United States District Court – District of Utah.

      • United States Bankruptcy Court – District of Utah.

Helpful and Responsive
Andrew was very helpful and accommodating. He provided all the forms and information we needed to set up our will and living will/medical directive. We had many questions and he answered them all. Andrew followed up to make sure everything got done when we needed it. I recommend Andrew's services, especially for anyone with a lot of questions.

Everything was done in a timely manner. I felt like a valued client. All questions I had were answered well. I will definitely use Mr. Lillywhite again. We were correcting mistakes made on a property title and its history. Namely transferring a dual ownership to a single ownership. In the process Mr. Lillywhite found a loan had not been properly reconveyed. As a result of performance from Mr. Lillywhite, the lender complied with our requests. Had it not been for his expertise, my property would have been in jeopardy. THANK YOU LILLYWHITE BUSINESS LAW.
