Two years for a misdemeanor and four years for a felony.

Your lawyer was only inadequate if he didn't advise you of all the consequences of a DUI plea or if he could have plead the DUI down and didn't .

Our grand daughter who is 14 was with a group of children and they went into an abandon ware house .do we need a lawyer

Those are some serious charges and I would suggest hiring an attorney

I need to find out what warrents i have. i know i have a couple but not sure about if i have one that i am really worried about.

You can call the courts and ask them to look you up and most clerks will do that for you. You can also call a lawyer and he can look it up for you...
