Mr. Stanger has litigated cases arising under Title VII, the ADEA, the FMLA, the FLSA, the ADA, the LMRA, ERISA, the Equal Pay Act, the Utah Antidiscrimination Act, and covenants not to compete, in state and federal courts in Utah, Nevada, and Montana, and in front of the EEOC, the the United States Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board, the Utah Labor Commission, the Utah Antidiscrimination and Labor Division, and the Nevada Equal Rights Commission.
