I advise clients on various aspects of business, intellectual property, Internet, and technology law. I advise clients on various corporate transactions, including business formation and structure, exit strategies, succession planning, and general commercial contracts. I have prepared corporate and organizational documents for the formation, maintenance, and operations of many of my clients' businesses. I have negotiated and drafted numerous business contracts, such as stock and asset purchase agreements, distributor agreements, commercial and residential lease agreements, buy sell agreements, shareholder agreements, and many others to meet the needs of my clients. 

I provide counsel and strategy for the protection of my clients' intellectual property. I assist my clients in protecting their trademark rights through trademark selection, clearance, prosecution, registration, and renewal at the international, federal, and state levels. I also assist my clients in copyright protection and registration. Additionally, I assist clients in realizing the economic benefit from trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property rights and the protection of such rights through appropriate licensing and product distribution agreements. I also assist clients in protecting their confidential information and intellectual property rights on the Internet through domain name disputes, terms of use, and privacy policies.
