Biography
Taylor C. Hartley is a criminal defense attorney with nearly two decades of experience representing clients in over 3,000 cases, ranging from DUI and drug offenses to serious felony charges, including rape and homicide. He began his legal career as a judicial law clerk for the Fourth District Court of Utah and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
In addition to his litigation work, Mr. Hartley has served as a professor at Utah Valley University, where he taught International Law and Introduction to American Law. He is also a published author on the ethics and morality of criminal defense.
In 2007, Mr. Hartley founded a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals suffering from a rare and debilitating skin disorder become more self-reliant. Over the course of eight years, he served in multiple leadership roles, including Chief Legal Officer and president.
