Personal Injury 50%

I am a personal injury arrorney with years of litigation experience in the court room. All of my practice involves serving people who have suffered injuries and harm to themselves and their families, to get them the compensation that they need and deserve.

Defective and Dangerous Products 20%

I help people who have been injured by dangerous and defective products. These can include cars, appliances, work-related tools, etc. One of my major areas of practice is in defective and harmful pharmaceuticals and drugs. Many drugs on the market today have harmful, or even fatal, side-effects that are not disclosed to patients. I run a litigation team of professionals here at my firm that focuses on these types of cases and injuries.

Spinal Cord Injury 15%

One of the most common injuries in car crashes is an injury to the spinal cord and the neck and back vertebrae that protect it. I have handled many cases involving such injuries, and they make up a significant portion of my practice.

Wrongful Death 10%

I have handled many wrongful death cases, where a family member or loved one has lost their life because of the carelessness of another person or company. No amount of money can make up for a lost loved one. But in these cases, families have often lost the financial support of a deceased spouse or parent. It is always an honor to be able to help families work through such tragic loss, and hold the person responsible for the death accountable for the loss they have caused.

Brain Injury 5%

Significant head injuries are some of the worst injuries a person can suffer. They can change a person's life forever, as well as the life of their family. A brain injury can impact a person's memory, personality, their ability to work, and their interactions with family as well. These cases require a focus on providing the person and their family with the means to get the treatment and assistance that they need.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
