Case against various drug manufacturers for overcharging Utah Medicaid for their drugs. My colleagues and I were retaineed by the State to pursue their case for them. This resulted in a noteworthy Ut ... ah Supreme Court decision - 2012 UT 36 - where I performed the briefing that won this appellate issue.
