My areas of practice include primarily family law, personal injury, probate, contract law, and criminal law. In the area of family law I have represented hundreds of clients in both district and juvenile courts throughout the entire state with great success. My clients have presented with a broad range of issues from complex custody and financial issues to simple visitation and support issues. Using an aggressive approach on behalf of my client’s cases has resulted in a successful track record whether it has been in the trial of such cases or in early resolution through mediation where I has had a high percentage of cases settle, saving my clients thousands of dollars and avoiding having client’s lives continuing in legal limbo for several months.
