05/27/2025 Thank you, Joe for making my huge “asset” win happen in court today! I was in awe of how you commanded the courtroom! You are amazing! "Thank you," is not a big enough stateme...nt! I could not believe what you accomplished in as little as one hour.! You were concise, undeterred, and directly to the point! You should be on TV! I will always give you an extremely powerful recommendation for anyone who wants to win his or her divorce case! You were very thoughtful to offer my former-husband divorce negotiations last week and all through the divorce process, which he refused to his detriment! I am sorry I was overly expressive in court! I am more humble and calmer now. I was just so excited because the judge gave me everything you asked for in my behalf and even more! He never gave me information about my case. Every time I would contact him he was on vacation and would inform me that he will contact me once he gets back to his office. That never occurred, then I receive an email saying "Testing... testing..."!! No information about my case and expected me to pay... $300 more because of that email. I missed the court date and haven't been able to track down my ex-wife since. If you like throwing your money away, this is where to do it.

About 6 months into my case, I had a court hearing that Nemelka didn't even show up for. There wan't much movement on my case until that time but it was only the 2nd hearing. I should have seen it coming as I couldn't get them to return phone calls or emails and then I finally had to show up at the...ir office unannounced before getting any attention. They were very responsive up till the point that they got my $5,000 retainer... Even that is outrageous! Who can afford that? So I put down my retainer and Nemelka Lawyer immediately went silent. Following the hearing they didn't show up to I got little more attention and finally fired them and found another lawyer. I'm still trying to get over $2,000 back from them. I basically got little to nothing in exchange for $5,000 bucks. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to represent your interests.
