05/27/2025 Thank you, Joe for making my huge “asset” win happen in court today! I was in awe of how you commanded the courtroom! You are amazing! "Thank you," is not a big enough stateme...nt! I could not believe what you accomplished in as little as one hour.! You were concise, undeterred, and directly to the point! You should be on TV! I will always give you an extremely powerful recommendation for anyone who wants to win his or her divorce case! You were very thoughtful to offer my former-husband divorce negotiations last week and all through the divorce process, which he refused to his detriment! I am sorry I was overly expressive in court! I am more humble and calmer now. I was just so excited because the judge gave me everything you asked for in my behalf and even more! This was an extremely difficult case as my former-husband has a very strong, difficult and unyielding personality! I do “sort of” feel bad that he did not have legal representation of your caliber and skills although his legal team did have impressive reputations! I also give ultimate honor and glory to my precious, all-powerful loving Savior! Respectfully and thank you again so very much! Mary

These are just my opinions....Joe is a yeller. If you want someone to come in and make a scene, you should hire him. If you want a professional, one that will work with your Ex, one that will try to make things right for the kids, do not hire him. He is all show. He will talk a big game, but I ha...ve never seen anyone act like him in court....he bad mouthed the commissioner in the hallway with the other attorney before we even went in. Just not what I would consider a classy option, nor a option if you want to work together with your Ex.

He never gave me information about my case. Every time I would contact him he was on vacation and would inform me that he will contact me once he gets back to his office. That never occurred, then I receive an email saying "Testing... testing..."!! No information about my case and expected me to pay... $300 more because of that email. I missed the court date and haven't been able to track down my ex-wife since. If you like throwing your money away, this is where to do it.

I was the Primary Caregiver to my children prior to the separation. Joe advised me to not fight for immediate custody during the divorce and focus on custody after the divorce. Allowing her to keep the kids during the divorce was what lost me custody. It was the worst legal advice I have ever taken.... If I could do it again I would represent myself before hiring joe.
