Biography
I am a young attorney/entrepreneur that principally helps new entrepreneurial startups with formation; angel, venture, and debt financings; trademarks; licensing; and ultimately to an M&A transaction as the company matures.
My interest in entrepreneurism emanates from having started my own business (a ski manufacturing company – Bluehouse Skis) and from participating extensively in helping and advising young businesses. I love the energy and innovation in the entrepreneur space. My view of the world is that entrepreneurs are essential for progression. While there are so many in the world that consume and deplete the world of value, entrepreneurs are the necessary counterpart that create and bring new value to the world.
