James Dunkelberger was my litigator on a suit I filed against an errant Uncle who was trustee of my Grandpa's estate. Said Uncle ran to the "No. 1" law firm in the state to defend our suit. When that "didn't work" Uncle ran to the "No. 2" law firm in the State. Hilarity ensued! It was a 15 month f...ight into which both James and I each put a lot of time but in the end the beneficiaries on my side got 87% of what their full inheritance would have been and that's a lot better than some on Errant Uncle's side ended up with. My brief take away is that I would never hire one of those "Big Firms." What you need is a good facts and a great lawyer who is honest, smart, clever and professional (did I say smart?). It was a long slog but we had good facts and James is a great lawyer and all of those things above. He was instrumental to our favorable outcome.
