In April of 2013 I met with Gerry after the death of a very close friend and gave him a check for $1,000.00 that had been made out to me but which I endorsed over to him to handle a simple a simple matter involving my friend's estate (or lack of one). He accepted the check quite quickly (like a frog... nailing a fly), told me he would get back to me in a week...and I never heard from him again. Many calls to his office were made by myself and my son to know avail. A certified return letter sent and received and as of this date no response or explanation. Due to my own personal Loss I have let this drag on but am now looking into action through the State Bar of Utah. Mr. Conder did NOT handle any MATTER for me nor return and Money tendered to him
