Fraud action in Bankruptcy Court
Edward successfully defended me in a fraud action brought against me by a large Utah bank. It was just the two of us at one table and no less than five (5!) bank attorneys, all trying to convince the judge I was guilty of fraud. Edward never showed any weakness, hesitation or doubt.
