Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

If I could give him zero I would. We hired him May 2024 for a family trust case. Originally he talked a big game and said he would do numerous things (like put a lien on the house). He never did and the other party sold it without anyone knowing for months. We only found out because my brother is a r...eal estate agent. $10,000 later and NOTHING was accomplished. Mediation was never scheduled and he always had an excuse and continuously blamed the other side. The only time he had great communication was when we said we wanted our money back because we obviously fired him and got a new attorney. Please save your money and DO NOT HIRE HIM!!! NO MATTER WHAT HE TRIES AND PROMISES YOU!!

I am sorry you feel that way. That is not at all how this matter was handled and that is not what I was paid for your case. There was no talk of a lien on the property prior to receiving a judgment from the court and you received emails and texts and phone call updates consistently from me and my office. The statements are all 100 percent false and short sighted. Moreover, the opposing parties went through three separate attorneys during the course of the case. Again, happy to discuss this matter more with you at anytime.

If I could give you a 0 I would

During a custody case, I needed him to help me file paperwork and get things going. He was terrible at communication, I had to call every day multiple times a day just to get a response. I had to call the court on numerous occasions to figure out what was going on in my case. After one phone call wit...h the court, I found out that he made a mistake on the paperwork and had to refile but he never did. This was back in February it is now May and still hasn't been filed. I was told that they would be closing the case shortly if there was no action done by the attorney. I am severely disappointed as I had to pay the fees upfront and now I am essentially ghosted. I am a struggling single mom and I am not happy with him at all. He should just stick to estates and not do family law at all.

You're better off without him

Used his firm for an adoption case and it was a nightmare. From the beginning he was horrible at sticking to timetables and keeping us updated. With it being a family law case and one that was highly sensitive anyway, there was not a lot of understanding on his part for that. He never bothered to ev...en remember the children's names, or my last name for that matter. There was always misspellings, mistakes, etc. My biggest problem with was him keeping his word, filing correct documents and keeping us informed. We had better luck getting updates from the court house and eventually went with another firm that did the job he swore wasn't possible.
